Next Time Buyer Advisers

Hawke Financial Services LLP is a professional business based in Surrey, specialising in Mortgages and other financial services. As a priority element of our Next Time Buyer Mortgage Service, we are committed to finding the most suitable products to suit your needs from the thousands available.

Our Next Time Buyer Process

Selling and buying property has the potential to be one of life’s most stressful events and if you have already been through the First Time Buyer process you will have a good understanding of this. Nonetheless, you will most likely need an Adviser to guide you through the process for the second time.

As part of our process we will give you advice on:

  • Changing Mortgages
  • When to apply for your next Mortgage
  • Porting your Mortgage, if necessary
  • Costs involved in moving home

Your Next Time Buyer Adviser

Your adviser at Hawke FS will work with you to arrange the most suitable Mortgage product for your onward purchase.
They will take into account your current Mortgage, which will need settling. There are often two options:

  1. Your Adviser will assess whether it is best to port your current deal, which will likely be the most cost-effective if you’re subject to early repayment fees.
  2. They will also assess whether it is better to look at refinancing with a new bank for your next property.

As well as completing your Mortgage application your Adviser will liaise with both your selling agent and the vendor’s agent, together with your solicitor to ensure that the process runs as smoothly and conveniently as possible.

Your Second or Next Property

Despite having gained a good level of understanding of the Mortgage process as a First Time Buyer, it is not guaranteed that applying for the Mortgage on your next home will be any less complex or daunting. It can sometimes be doubly complicated; you have your First Home’s Mortgage to tie up, as well as your new one to organise.

If you are looking to buy a second property the availability of Mortgages is restricted with some lenders. Hawke Financial Services will save you time on finding the most suitable lender based on your intended property use.

Client Testimonials

Richard - Perfectly Satisfied With Their Advice And Service

“I was perfectly satisfied with their advice and service. They were fast, helpful and always kept me updated. There was never a moment I didnt think I was getting the best service.”

Mehdi Rizvi - Excellent Professional Service - 14th Sep 2017

“I have been with Hawke Financials (Peter Hunt) since 2014. As a Buy to Let landlord, I found they are extremely professional and provide unbiased/impartial proficient advice. They have access to all the major lenders and offer very competitive mortgage rates with excellent customer service. Strongly Recommended”

Paul Jenkins - Residential Remortgage - 12th Sep 2017

“We required to remortgage for various reasons and were given expert advise on how best to do this along with our many options. I found the information given in a way which was easy to understand and very practical. The process proved to be a little more difficult but without the support from Hawke Finacial I am sure things would have been even more difficult and taken even longer. The delays were with other parties and not because of Hawke.”
